AYAM PENYET RECIPES


According to the history of Ayam Penyet also known as Kalasan fried chicken is one of the menu originating from Yogyakarta. This cuisine has a distinctive aroma and delicious and delicious taste. Eaten with hot white rice and sambal, make lots of people addicted to this menu.

MATERIAL PROCESS MATERIALS
Material:
o   1 chicken, to be 4 parts

SAMBAL:

HOW TO MAKE
o   Chocolate lime with lime juice.
o   Add garlic, ketumbsr and salt. Mix evenly, squeeze in 30 minutes
o   Boil the chicken in coconut water, add the bay leaf. Cook with small fire and squeeze until tender chicken, and gravy is quite dry.
o   Heat cooking oil, fry chicken until golden brown. Pick up

o   Sambal: Heat a little oil, cook red chili, garlic, onion until it scents. Refine all ingredients. Cook back and add salt, brown sugar and chicken stew. Mix evenly and cook sambal until thick


o   Serve fried chicken and chili sauce, with decoration
