GINGER FISH
This is my recipe from Sinar Kehidupanku's blog, Ms Yatie. One of my favorite menus and you have to try. It's simple and simple.

MATERIALS
· 1 Snap Fish - in the clean and slightly sloppy
· 2 inches ginger - in smooth slice
· 3 onions - in smooth slices
· 2 cloves garlic - finely sliced
· 10 cayenas - cut or dotted
· Coriander leaves (sliced)
· Leeks
· 1/2 carrot stalks - in longitudinal slabs
· 2-5 shitake mushrooms - in smooth slices
· 1 lemon juice
· 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
· 2 tablespoons of Liquid Sauce
· 1 tsp Sugar
· 4 tbsp of water
HOW TO PREPARE
1) Clean the fish and place the fish over an oval plate
2) Put all other ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
3) Pour on the fish surface and steam for 20-25 minutes
4) Ready to decorate with garlic and red chillies
