Recipe of chili fry cooked
Ingredients:
· 500g shrimp
· 10 chilies
· 2 inches of turmeric
· 1 cup thick coconut milk
· 1 lemongrass
· Salt
· Tamarind
· Water
· Cooking oil
· Turmeric leaves (sliced)
Methods:
1. Chilli granules and turmeric live.
2. Heat the oil and saute the chilli paste and turmeric live.
3. Add coconut milk and lemonade, and stirring constantly.
4. Add water if necessary.
5. Put the shrimp and let it cook.
6. Add salt and stir.
7. Enter the Java Acid
8. Sprout with turmeric slices and saucepan.
