TIPS
TO SOFTEN THE MEAT
SALT
Use sea salt and sprinkle with meat before cooking
or baking. The soup will absorb the salt we sow. Salt as a protein breakthrough
will improve meat texture.
TEA
Tea like we know contains tannins that are natural
bidders. Make the tea concentrate and add it to the pot to soften it. Wash and
process the meat to cook.
