TIPS TO SOFTEN THE MEAT

SALT


Use sea salt and sprinkle with meat before cooking or baking. The soup will absorb the salt we sow. Salt as a protein breakthrough will improve meat texture.

TEA

Tea like we know contains tannins that are natural bidders. Make the tea concentrate and add it to the pot to soften it. Wash and process the meat to cook.

CREATING OR SITRUS JUS (LEMON, PINEAPPLE)

The content of acids in vinegar and citrus juice will soften the muscles of the meat and will increase the taste in the meat.

SOS-BASED TOMATO

Tomatoes contain acid that is able to soften the meat. Many fed Tomato sauce during freezing activities.

COLA

Cola's ginger drink is another way to soften the meat. Place your meat in Cola drinks for at least 30 minutes or more and depending on the quantity of meat to be used.


GINGER

Ginger contains proteolytic enzymes that naturally damage the protein. Use ginger to soften the meat by mixing the meat with ginger.

COFFEE

Coffee has a caffeine that can soften the meat. Soak the meat for a while to make it soft and can be cooked. Ideal for making steak

BUTTERMILK AND YOGURT

It has an acidity as well as dairy products with calcium content that activates enzymes in meat that also help break down proteins.

PINEAPPLE  AND PAPAYA


It contains vegetable enzymes that dissolve protein and connective tissue. Apply mash or pieces of fruit on thin cuts of meat, and leave for a few hours.
