Asthma is a respiratory and lung breathing problem when breathing. People with asthma have sensitive respiratory tract in their lungs who respond to triggers, causing 'flare-up'. In the flare, the muscles around the respiratory tract are squeezing tight, the airways swell and become narrower and there are more mucus. This makes it harder to breathe.

Sudden or severe asthma attacks are sometimes called asthma attacks. Many people in Malaysia have asthma. It affects people of all ages. Many argue that asthma is a disease of the elderly, but in fact asthma does not know the age of the young to the old.
