LAKSAM NOODLE MALAYSIAN FOOD


INGREDIENTS:

·        3 cups rice flour
·        1/2 cup of wheat
·        4court warm water

HOW :

1. Mix all the ingredients. Apply the lid with a little cooking oil - to avoid sticking.

2. Take a little dough and put on a pot lid. Steam until cooked.

3. When cooked, remove. Leave it for a moment before rolling-so laksam looks smooth and beautiful.

4. In the meantime put a little dough on the lid of the other pot and steam until cooked. Repeat until finished


 MATERIAL:

·        Fish - boiled / banish - blend
·        Onion / ginger / black pepper - blend
·        Coconut Milk  - more concentrated sweetened coconut milk
·        Acid Slices
·        Salt / Sugar

HOW TO:

1. Combine all ingredients into the pot.
2. Cook with moderate fire strongly until boiling broth. Ready


RECITATION MATERIAL:

·        Cucumber
·        Long beans - out of stock
·        Tauge - it's over !!
·        Flower of the bag
·        Leaf of kesum

INGREDIENTS:

·        Dried chilli
·        Belacan
·        Salt / Sugar

·        Citrus water extraction
