LAMB OF MASAK GULAI @GULAI KAMBING




Ingredients:

500 grams of Lamb meat, 500 grams of goat, cut into pieces
2 liters of water
3 pieces of Purut Lime Leaf
1 lemongrass stalk
1 teaspoon of leaves, bind
2 sheets of Leaf Salam
2 liters of Santan (1 coconut grain), 1 liter thick, 1 liter of liquid
2 slices of acid slices

5 tablespoons of Spicy Sauce Bango, for serving
Red Onion Fry sufficient for serving

PAIRED POMMENTS:

HOW TO COOK MEET:
Boil meat and goats' ribs until 1/2 soft.
Fry fine spices, lemon grass, turmeric leaves, salamander leaves, orange leaves, until cooked and fragrant.
Add seasoning into meat stew and goat ribs, add coconut milk, cook until tender.
Add thick coconut milk, mix well until coconut milk is not broken.
Serve with Spicy Sweet Sauce and fried shallots.
