INGREDIENTS:

2 yellow
noodles packed - melted
·
Bean sprouts
- melted
·
Mustard -
melted
·
Fishball /
fishcake - boiled
·
Dried tofu -
dyed
KUAH MATERIALS:
·
1 Large
onions - 4 n sliced finely sliced
·
2 cloves of
white bwg - finely sliced
·
3 cm ginger
- fine sliced n lengthwise
·
1 small bowl
of anchovy - blended
·
2 packets of
fish curry spices
·
2 teaspoon
chickens
·
Coconut milk
- 1 1/2 coconuts
How to Cook:
1. Stir in
the sliced ingredients until it smells bad. Then, add in curry spices,
spinach fish, shrimp paste, stirred until oil is released.
2. After
spices are slightly mixed, add coconut milk and taste.
