MI KARI @ CURRY MEE



INGREDIENTS:

·        2 yellow noodles packed - melted
·        Bean sprouts - melted
·        Mustard - melted
·        Fishball / fishcake - boiled
·        Dried tofu - dyed

KUAH MATERIALS:

·        1 Large onions - 4 n sliced ​​finely sliced
·        2 cloves of white bwg - finely sliced
·        3 cm ginger - fine sliced ​​n lengthwise
·        1 small bowl of anchovy - blended
·        2 packets of fish curry spices
·        2 teaspoon chickens
·        Coconut milk - 1 1/2 coconuts

How to Cook:

1. Stir in the sliced ​​ingredients until it smells bad. Then, add in curry spices, spinach fish, shrimp paste, stirred until oil is released.
