Fish in yellow soup Recipe

The recipe for cooked yellow sup is a recipe that is usually cooked and very easily provided. Fish-based cooking enthusiasts often cook this recipe because the fish content will be enjoyable.

Fish in yellow soup

Ingredients
o   2 mackerel (could be replaced with another fish)
o   1 lime
o   2 table spoon oil
o   4 stem kemangi (leaves only)

Spices
o   4 shallot
o   2 clove garlic
o   3 candlenuts
o   50 gr (2 ounce) canary (optional, could be replaced with candlenut)
o   2 red chili
o   5 bird eye chilli (leave whole)
o   1 tomato (cut into 4)
o   2 cm (1 inch) ginger
o   2 cm (1 inch) turmeric
o   1 lemongrass (smashed)
o   2 salam leaves
o   1 table spoon sugar
o   ½ table spoon salt (more/less according to taste).

Directions
o   Brushing cleaned fish with salt and lime. take aside
o   Finely pounded into paste shallots, garlic, turmeric, ginger, candlenuts, canary and red chilli.
o   Saute spices paste until fragrant, add salam leaves and tomatoes.
o   add enough water, let it boil
o   Add fish, salt, sugar and bird eye chilli, cook for a few minutes with high heat. Then reduce the heat until fish is cooked.
o   Add kemangi and 1 table spoon lime before removing from stove.
