Recip of asam Padeh Ikan Selar



This simple recipe is also an easy menu from Indonesia. If In Malaysia we are all cooked spicy. Very easy to prepare. The same type of fish or salted fish can be used and it is not necessarily a fish. The material used is very easy to obtain. Recommendations Dinner with hot rice.


Ingredients
o   1/2 kg of Selar fish
o   10 red pepper leaves
o   7 red onions
o   4 cloves garlic
o   galangal ginger
o   seriform turmeric
o   Few coriander leaves
o   4 cloves of lime leave
o   3 acid slices and tamarind can also be used
o   1 tomato
o   Sugar and salt
o    Extra: starfish and beans

How to prepare and how to cook
