Snapper Fish Soup
This recipe
I learned from the recipe of neighboring Indonesia. There the soup is called
Sop Ikan Kakap. Preparation of recipes is similar to preparations in Malaysia.
In Malaysia this recipe is almost the same as Pindang Fish. The easy recipes of

Ingredients:

2 Snapper Fish S weights 1 / 2kg each, cut into 3 pieces each

10 bamboo

basil leaves

water

3 cloves /
Garlic seeds

3 Red
Chilies
o
2 cm ginger
o
1 cm saffron

Salt to
taste

1 lemongrass

1 tomato,

how to make
o
Boil the
water, put in the ingredients, lemongrass, lime leaves and fish. Cook until the
ingredients are absorbed into the fish.

Add
tomatoes, starfish, and basil leaves. Cook until basil leaves wither.
